TIE provides sound research and evaluation services that contribute meaningfully to the quality of education and other professional programs. These services inform districts so they can be more thoughtful, strategic, and purposeful in their planning and accountability for programs and projects. TIE was the external evaluator for the Watertown, SD laptop program and is currently providing the evaluation for the 20 high schools involved in the South Dakota 1-to-1 laptop program.
